Mr. Seidman
is the founding principal and continues to serve as
President of Capital Solutions, Inc., a real estate development
and private equity firm. Since
2001, Capital Solutions, Inc.
has facilitated over
$500
million of real estate transactions as a principal.
From April
1997 to November
2000, he was a cofounder and
managing director of Balanced Capital LLC, a real estate and
venture capital firm. During this time, Balanced Capital
closed on six venture capital investments and seven real
estate investments. From 1992
to March
1997, Mr. Seidman was a
principal of Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. where
he was a cofounder focused on property acquisition,
financing and management.
For eight years prior, he
was associated with MSK Associates and Silver Harting and
Co., real estate development firms that specialized in the
renovation of older buildings into apartments, retail and
office uses. Mr. Seidman worked for seven years as a CPA at
Laventhol & Horwath, an international certified public
accounting firm and last held the position of manager in the
tax department.
He holds a B.S. in Business
Administration from Drexel University, where he majored in
accounting and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). In
addition, Mr. Seidman sits on various boards of companies in
which he is a principal shareholder.

Donato |

Mr. Donato
has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than
ten years, with experience in acquisitions, dispositions,
finance, equity funding, and asset management.
He is currently a Principal of Capital
Solutions, Inc., a real estate development and venture
capital firm. Since
2001, Capital Solutions, Inc.
has facilitated over $500
million of real estate transactions as a principal. During
this time, Capital Solutions, Inc. closed on twelve real
estate ventures. Affiliates of Capital Solutions are the
largest mezzanine and equity investors in Nova Records
Management LLC, a records management and storage company
with a capitalization in excess of
$45
million.
From 1997
to 2000, he was the controller
and a partner on the acquisitions and investments of
Balanced Capital LLC, a venture capital firm that
facilitates investments in real estate, operating companies
and other cash flowing opportunities. During the period from
April 1997 to November
2000, Balanced Capital closed
on six venture investments and seven real estate
investments.
From 1995
to 1997, he was the controller
of Preferred Real Estate Investments. While there, he was
involved with the acquisition, disposition, construction and
permanent financing, and asset management of more than
$200 million of commercial real estate with a
concentration in office, industrial, and retail properties.
For two years
prior, Mr. Donato was an accounting manager for LCOR
Incorporated, a national real estate development firm, which
specialized in the development of office and apartment
buildings.

Mr. Wiggers is a Partner
of the private equity and mezzanine investment group of Capital
Solutions (“CS
Capital Partners” or “CSCP”)
and Capital Solutions, Inc. and is primarily
responsible for the firm’s private equity focus. Prior to
joining Capital Solutions, Mr. Wiggers was with CD Ventures, a
Philadelphia based private investment firm where he managed
corporate development and capital formation functions. In
addition to accountability for new business development, he was
also responsible for several portfolio company acquisition
programs where he completed multiple acquisitions.
Mr. Wiggers
was previously an Investment Banker at First Union/Wachovia
Securities where he successfully completed secondary equity
offerings and multiple M&A transactions. He also has
manufacturing expertise and operational experience at
Rockwell International, Cooper Industries and Cummins
Engine.
He holds an Undergraduate
degree from Clemson University in Mechanical Engineering and
an MBA from Smith School of Business at the University of
Maryland. While at Maryland he was a Lamone Scholar,
Treasurer of the MBA class and served as portfolio manager
for the business schools endowment fund.

Sanghrajka |

Mr. Sanghrajka is a Partner of Capital Solutions,
Inc. His real estate
and private equity career began in 1985.
Mr. Sanghrajka's focus over the last decade has been on
deal structuring and capital formation for transactions
including extensive involvement in acquisitions, repositioning
of assets and realization events of investments.
From 1996 to 2008, Mr. Sanghrajka was
Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Preferred Unlimited,
Inc., a real estate development and private equity firm where he
structured and financed over 60 transactions nationally totaling
over $2 billion in value.
These transactions included the development of an
investment in over 12 million square feet of office and
industrial properties as well as the acquisition of 15 mining
assets and operating businesses. Most recently, Mr. Sanghrajka
and his partners structured and led an investment in the LBO of
US Silica Company, the 2nd largest silica sand mining
and processing company in the US.
As a partner and Principal of Preferred
Unlimited, Mr. Sanghrajka drove the strategic direction of the
company over his 12 year tenure.
From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Sanghrajka was
Executive Vice President of Trefoil Properties, Inc., a real
estate development company focused on the retail and office
sectors in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Sanghrajka began his career as a Senior
Financial Analyst at Berwind Property Group, a nationally
recognized real estate investment and development company.
Mr. Sanghrajka earned a BBA from the
University of Bombay, India and an MBA in Finance from Case
Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Mikulski
serves as Director of Land Development at Capital Solutions,
Inc. Mr. Mikulski has been involved in residential and
commercial real estate development for the last five years.
Prior to joining Capital Solutions, Inc. in February
2006, he spent over four years
performing acquisition work for the David Cutler Group and
Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc.
From
1992
until 2002, he was a Business
Development Manager for Chartwell Realty Advisors, Inc. and
KPMG’s Tax Incentives Group. Mr. Mikulski holds a Bachelor
of Science degree and an MBA from LaSalle University.

Kyle Bransfield |

Mr. Bransfield is a Senior
Associate of the private equity and mezzanine investment group
of Capital Solutions (“CS Capital Partners” or “CSCP”) and is
primarily responsible for the origination and acquisition of new
investments and oversight and management of the CSCP portfolio.
Prior to joining CSCP, Mr. Bransfield worked for
Preferred Unlimited, a Philadelphia based private equity firm
controlling more than $1.5 billion of assets, where he focused
on the mining and the oil and natural gas service industries.
Prior to
Preferred Unlimited, Mr. Bransfield was an investment banker in
the Strategic Advisory Group ("SAG") at Stifel Nicolaus.
Mr. Bransfield worked on numerous M&A assignments across
multiple industries including general industrial, technology
services, education, metals processing and recycling, and
telecommunications.
Mr. Bransfield holds an undergraduate degree from American
University in Business Administration and Economics.
While at American, he served as Director of Development
for the undergraduate business school's student investment fund.
