Capital Solutions has developed a network of professional relationships and a track record for closing on committed transactions that encourages serious sponsors to bring us deals. We remain prudent in our investing and are always in the market looking for strong investments, no matter the cycle or status of the economy.

Capital Solutions also acquires properties on its own account within the single tenant lease arena.

Our current portfolio and previous investments consist of a diversified mix of real estate including multi-family, student housing, senior housing, medical office, office, retail and industrial properties throughout the country. Capital Solutions focuses on risk/reward oriented investing and has invested in various structures. Our flexibility allows us to consider unusual opportunities and deliver a quick response to potential operating partners.

Co-Investment

The principals of Capital Solutions invest personal capital into each transaction to ensure mutual alignment of interests with its partner. They are experienced real estate investment professionals with strong backgrounds in acquisition, development, redevelopment, financing, equity funding, asset management, and the capital markets.
